The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between injury anxiety and psychological resilience in athletes and to examine whether this relationship differs according to variables such as gender, age, educational status, and undergraduate status. The study was conducted on athletes interested in different branches, aged between 12 and 30 years and older. The study group of the study consists of a total of 318 university students who have been involved in or are involved in various sports branches in Turkey in the 2024-2025 academic year. Data regarding the research variables were collected through the Personal Information Form, Sports Injury Anxiety Scale, and Brief Psychological Resilience Scale. The prediction of the psychological resilience of athletes by the sports injury anxiety sub-dimensions was examined with multiple regression analysis. The significant difference in psychological resilience according to age and educational status was examined with One-Way Variance Analysis. The significant difference in psychological resilience according to gender and undergraduate status was examined with Unrelated Samples t-Test. The study found that athletes' psychological resilience varied significantly by gender. Athletes' psychological resilience did not differ significantly by age, education, or undergraduate status, and the relationship between psychological resilience and injury was statistically significant, with athletes' psychological resilience tending to decrease as injury anxiety increases. Finally, recommendations were offered regarding injury anxiety and psychological resilience.
