Özet
Tamamlayıcı uygulamaların modern tıpla birleştiği bütünleşikyaklaşımda amaçlanan; iyileştirici bir ortam oluşturmak, bireyi bilinçlendirmekve kendini iyileştirmede gizli gücünü ortaya çıkarmaktır. Diyabetli hastalardaanksiyete ve stresin azaltılmasında, yaşam kalitesinin artırılmasında veglukozun kontrolünde Reiki uygulamasının terapotik etkisine yönelik bilimselçalışma son derece azdır. Bu çalışma diyabetli hastaların tedavisinde Reiki’ninetkileri konusunda yeterince çalışmanın olmaması nedeniyle hem bilgilendiricihem de bundan sonraki çalışmalara yardımcı nitelikte olması amacıyladerlenmiştir.
In the integrated approach, in which complementary practices arecombined with modern medicine, the aim is to create a healing environment, toraise awareness of the individual and to reveal the self-healing potential.Scientific work on the therapeutic effect of Reiki administration on glucosonecontrol in reducing anxiety and stress, increasing quality of life in diabeticpatients is extremely scarce. This study was compiled to be both informativeand helpful to subsequent studies due to the lack of studies about the effectsof Reiki in the treatment of diabetic patients.
