dc.description.abstractThis study aims to provide a historical overview of the career planning literature in Turkey, especially in the period from the early 2000s to the present day, when career planning has been attributed importance. In particular, the study focuses on understanding the changing nature of career planning studies from the period of socio-economic transformation to the present. A total of 155 studies on career planning from the oldest to the newest in DergiPark Academic, which has a voice in Turkey's national literature, were used as data. These data were analyzed using the content analysis method. First of all, studies on career planning were evaluated based on intensity in three different periods. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that both empirical and theoretical studies have been carried out in the fields of health, tourism, economics, etc., especially in the field of university students.
