dc.description.abstract6331 sayılı İş sağlığı ve Güvenliği kanunu gereği Türkiye'de faaliyet gösteren işletmeler ortak sağlık güvenlik birimlerinden (OSGB) iş sağlığı ve güvenliği hizmetleri satın almak zorundadırlar. Bu durum sektörde istihdam edilen iş sağlığı ve güvenliği (İSG) profesyonellerinin ve işyeri hekimlerinin araç ve hizmet rotalama problemini (AHRP) ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu çalışmada birden fazla İSG profesyonelinin işletmelere atanması ve rotalarının belirlenmesi amacıyla müşteri talepleri ve İSG profesyonelinin çalışma saatleri gözönünde bulundurularak önce kümele sonra rotala şeklinde yol ve hizmet sürelerini birlikte optimize eden iki aşamalı bir model oluşturulmuştur. Modelin amprik uygulaması WINQSB programı kullanılarak yapılmış ve optimal rotalama çözümü elde edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractAccording to occupational health and safety law of 6331, the businesses in Turkey have to buy occupational health and safety services from joint health and safety units(JHSU). This new state caused vehicle and service routing problems(VSRP) for the businesses that occupational health and safety (OHS) professionals and workplace phsicians employed in this area. In this study, a first clustering then routing format based model optimizing distance with service time was developed, which aims to appoint the OHS professionals to the businesses and to determine the routes that by considering the demands of customers and the working hours of the OHS professionals. Empirical applications of the model was made by using WINQSB software and then optimal routing solution was obtained.
