dc.description.abstractThe aim of the research is to provide a broad perspective on digitalization and employment. For this purpose, it is aimed to determine the trends in the literature on digitalization and employment, to reveal country maps, to determine the breaking points and trends of keywords, to make cluster analysis for keywords and to make in-depth discoveries. For this purpose, content analysis of representative documents was made. Finally, according to the results of the content analysis; It has been revealed that there are worker, employer, public/state, labor market, human capital, demography, and business dimensions for digitalization and employment.
