Özet
Amaç: Çalışma, pandemi sürecinde hemşirelerin standart önlemler ve izolasyon önlemlerine uyum düzeylerini ve etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı türdeki çalışma, Konya il merkezinde bir hastanede çalışan 382 hemşire ile Temmuz-Ağustos 2021 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirildi. Veriler, “Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu”, “Standart Önlemlere Uyum Ölçeği (SÖUÖ)” ve “İzolasyon Önlemlerine Uyum Ölçeği (İÖUÖ)” kullanılarak toplandı. Sayı, yüzde, ortalama ve standart sapma ile özetlenen verilerin analizinde bağımsız gruplarda t test, ANOVA testi ve pearson korelasyon katsayısı kullanıldı. Sonuçlar: Katılımcıların standart önlemlere uyum puanını 13,14±3,59 ve orta düzeydedir. 20-29 yaş arasındaki hemşireleri, erkek hemşirelerin, bir yıldan daha az çalışanların, dahili kliniklerde çalışanların, Pandemi başlangıcında izolasyon önlemlerine ilişkin bilginin yeterli bulmayanların standart önlemlere uyumlarının daha düşük olduğu saptandı (p
Purpose: The study was conducted to determine the level of compliance of nurses with standard precautions and isolation measures and the factors affecting them during the pandemic process. Method: The descriptive study was conducted between July and August 2021 with 382 nurses working in a hospital in Konya province center. Data were collected using the “Descriptive Information Form”, “Compliance with Standard Precautions Scale (CSPS)” and “Compliance with Isolation Precautions Scale (CIPS)”.
