dc.description.abstractTeaching language to the hearing impaired people must be within a certain plans and programs. In order to achieve the objectives of the educational activities of hearing impaired students which are considered under the special students, to take the right steps in the right environment is an extremely important issue. The educational environment must be appropriate to the target and supporting the teaching and learning environment with the three-dimensional materials will enable hearing disabled people to learn fast. Today, there are no studies for the disabled people besides a few studies regarding teaching Turkish to the hearing disabled people. These studies are concerned with visually impaired. Considering studies in recent years, if we want to make Turkish as a World language it is essential to teach Turkish as a foreign language for the disabled. In this article, within the scope of social responsibility teaching Turkish as a second language to the disabled, together with the development of teaching education we will try to show how to use the Three Dimensional Technology. Materials formed with the aid of three-dimensional technology, will be discussed in visual and written materials as printed. In particular, educational activities and tools and equipment will be assessed in these studies. At the end of the study, we will try to show how the disabled people learning percentage augmented after effectively usage of the printed 3d technologies. Visual and written information materials will make the information concrete and will enable hearing impaired to learn Turkish as fast as possible. © 2018. All Rights Reserved.
