Aim: In this study, the effect of functional myofascial line exercises applied in tennis athletes on speed and agility was aimed. Method: 13 female and 13 male tennis players aged 12-14, living in Antalya, were included in the study. Athletes were divided into 2 as 13 experimental and 13 control groups. An exercise program consisting of 4 exercises was applied to the experimental group for 6 weeks, 2 days a week. The observation group continued its tennis studies. SPSS 25 package program was used for statistical analysis of the obtained data. Results: As a result of the research, the girl experimental group was 20 m. a statistically significant difference (p=0.02) with a large effect size (r=0.63) between sprint pre-test and post-test; A statistically significant difference (p=0.04) was found with a large effect size (r=0.57) between V-Cut Agility pre-test and post-test. In addition, the male experimental group 20 m. a statistically significant difference (p=0.01) with a large effect size (r=0.63) between sprint pre-test and post-test; A statistically significant difference (p=0.01) was found with a large effect size (r=0.63) between V-Cut Agility pre-test and post-test. In the control group, 20 m. in both girls and boys groups. There was no statistically significant difference between sprint pre-test and post-test and V-Cut Agility pre-test and post-test. Conclusion: Anterior and posterior myofascial line resistance exercises applied for 6 weeks in 12-14 age group tennis players increase the performance of athletes in speed and agility. When arranging resistance exercise programs of athletes, it is recommended to create a program by choosing exercises that activate the muscles in myofascial line arrays at the same time.
