| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez çalışmasında boru hatlarında gerçekleşen korozyon olayı irdelenmiş olup önlemler alınmaz ise ülke ekonomisine verdiği zarar ve enerji kaybı anlatılmıştır. Korozyon olayının tüm çeşitlerine yer verilmiş olup gerçekleşme aşamaları gerekli literatür çalışmaları ile detaylı bir şekilde anlatılmıştır. Zaten kısıtlı olan enerji kaynaklarındaki kayıpları azaltmak için borularda gerçekleşen korozyonun önlenmesi amaçlı bazı çalışmalara yer verilmiş olup gerekli önlemlerin alınması esnasında izlenen aşamalar ve bu aşamalar sırasında karşılaşılabilecek sorunlara yer verilmiştir. Eğer doğru yöntem uygulanmaz ise de karşılaşılabilecek sorunlara yer verilip maddi kayıpların artabileceği gözlemlenmiştir. Katodik koruma uygulamalarının yararlarına ve katodik korumanın kapsamına değinilmiştir. Katodik koruma uygulaması yapılan projelere yer verilip koruma için gerekli olan akım ihtiyaçları belirlenip buna uygun katodik koruma türünün seçimi gerçekleştirilmiş olup sistem kurulumuna değinilmiştir. Katodik koruma için gerekli tüm elemanlara detaylı bir şekilde değinilmiş olup sistemin ihtiyaç duyduğu tüm elemanların açıklamaları geniş ve anlaşılır bir biçimde yapılmıştır. Ülkemizde ve dünyamızda göz ardı edilemeyecek kadar önemli olan korozyon zararlarının önüne geçebilmek için yapılması gerekenler detaylı bir şekilde anlatılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, the corrosion phenomenom occurred in the pipelines was examined and if precautions are not taken, the damage and energy loss to the country's economy was explained. All varieties of corrosion have been given and the realization phases are explained in detail with the necessary literature studies. In order to reduce losses in energy sources that are already limited, some studies aimed at preventing corrosion occurred in pipes have been taken and the necessary precautions have been followed during these phases and the problems that may be encountered during these phases have been explained. If the correct method is not applied, it has been observed that the material losses could be increased by giving place to the problems that may be encountered. The benefits of cathodic protection applications are mentioned and the scope of cathodic protection is mentioned. Cathodic protection projects have been included and current requirements for protection have been determined and the selection of the type of cathodic protection has been made accordingly. All the elements needed for cathodic protection have been mentioned in detail and the explanations of all the elements needed by the system have been made in a wide and comprehensible way. In order to prevent these corrosion losses, which are too important to be ignored in our country and in our world, we have explained in detail what to do. | |
