Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, lider alçakgönüllülüğünün hizmet odaklı örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerindeki etkisinde psikolojik sermayenin aracılık rolünü belirlemektir. Araştırma, Antalya'da bulunan dört ve beş yıldızlı konaklama işletmelerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler anket formu ve online anket formu ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak 355 kişilik veri seti elde edilmiştir. Araştırma değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek için korelasyon analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Hipotezleri test etmek için basit doğrusal regresyon analizi ve Process makrosundan yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda ilk olarak korelasyon analizi ile lider alçakgönüllülüğünün hem hizmet odaklı örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı hem de psikolojik sermaye ile pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın hipotezlerini test etmek amacıyla gerçekleştirilen basit doğrusal regresyon analizleri sonucunda lider alçakgönüllülüğünün hem hizmet odaklı örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını hem de psikolojik sermayeyi olumlu yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak Hayes (2017)'in SPSS programı için oluşturduğu Process eklentisi kullanılarak lider alçakgönüllülüğünün hizmet odaklı örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerindeki etkisinde psikolojik sermayenin aracılık rolünün olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The purpose of this research is to determine the mediating role of psychological capital in the effect of leader humility on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. The research was carried out in four and five star accommodation establishments in Antalya. The data were collected by means of the questionnaire form and online questionnaire form. In the research, a data set of 355 person was obtained using the convenience sampling method. Correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between research variables. Simple linear regression analysis and Process macro were used to test the hypotheses. As a result of the research, firstly, through correlation analysis, it was determined that leader humility had a positive and significant relationship with both service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior and psychological capital. As a result of simple linear regression analyzes performed to test the hypotheses of the research, it was determined that leader humility positively affected both service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior and psychological capital. Finally, using the Process add-on created by Hayes (2017) for the SPSS program, it was determined that psychological capital had a mediating role in the effect of leader humility on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior.
