| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de döviz kurlarında meydana gelen şokların, enflasyon üzerindeki etkisi vector otoregresif (vector autoregressşon: VAR) yöntemi yardımıyla, 2003: M1 – 2018: M6 dönemi aylık veriler kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre döviz kurlarında meydana gelen azalışlarım enflasyonist etkilere sebep olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca analizde 2008 küresel krizin hem enflasyon hem de döviz kuru üzerinde anlamlı etkisi tespit edilmiştir. Çıkarılan sonuçtan anlaşılacağı üzere, siyasi istikrar dönemde uygulanan döviz kurunu azaltıcı politikalar, enflasyonist hareketlere sebep olmaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the İmpact of exchange rate shocks in Turkey on inflation with vector autoregression (VAR) method for the period 2003:M1- 2018:M6 monthly data was tested.. According to the results, it has been observed that the decrease in exchange rates caused inflationist effects. The analysis also found that the 2008 global crisis had a significant impact on both inflation and exchange rates. As can be seen from the conclusions, exchange ratedecreasing policies implemented in the period of political stability cause inflationist movements. | |
