dc.description.abstractIntroduction: The concept of emotional labor in nursing; is the ability to distinguish the feelings and thoughts that nurses actually experience but cannot express in practice. Aim: The aim of the study is to determine the emotional labor levels of nurses and the factors related them.Method: The data of the research, which is a descriptive study, were collected between January and February 2020. 310 nurses participated in the study. To collect research data, socio-demographic characteristics questionnaire, Emotional Labor Scale (Nurses) was used in nurses.Results: 90.3% of the participants are in the position of clinic nurses. 60% work both day and night. The overall average of the emotional labor behavior scale was 3.88 ± 0.56; It was found that the average of in-depth, superficial and emotional labor behavior dimensions were 3.87 ± 0.61, 3.86 ± 0.59 and 3.96 ± 0.66 respectively.Conclusion: As a result of the study, it was determined that nurses display the highest level of sincere behavior and the least level of superficial behavior. In addition, it has been determined that the unit studied, age, education level and working style have an effect on emotional labor behavior
dc.description.abstractGiriş: Hemşirelikte duygusal emek kavramı; hemşirelerin gerçekte deneyimledikleri, ancak uygulamada ifade edemedikleri duygu ve düşünceleri ayırt edebilme yetisidir.Amaç: Araştırmanın amacı hemşirelerin duygusal emek düzeyleri ve bu davranışla ilişkili faktörlerin belirlenmesidir.Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı bir çalışma olan araştırmanın verileri Ocak-Şubat 2020 tarihleri arasında toplanmıştır. Araştırmaya 310 hemşire katılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanması için kişisel bilgi formu ve Hemşirelerde Duygusal Emek Ölçeği kullanılmıştır.Bulgular: Katılımcıların %90,3’ü servis hemşiresi pozisyonundadır. %60’ı hem gece hem gündüz çalışmaktadır. Duygusal emek davranışı ölçeği genel ortalamasının 3,88±0,56; derinlemesine, yüzeysel ve duygusal emek davranışı boyutlarının ortalamalarının sırasıyla 3,87±0,61, 3,86±0,59 ve 3,96±0,66 olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Sonuç: Çalışma sonucunda hemşirelerin en yüksek düzeyde samimi davranış en az düzeyde ise yüzeysel davranış sergiledikleri tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışılan birim, yaş, eğitim durumu ve çalışma şeklinin duygusal emek davranışı ile ilişkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
