dc.description.abstractThis study aims to evaluate the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior on the impact of proactive personality on job performance as well as the mediating impact of employee voice behavior on the effect of proactive personality on organizational citizenship behavior. The statistical population of this study included 447 private hospital employees. Data was analyzed by structural equation method using SPSS AMOS program. The mediation functions were calculated using a process macro. As a result of the study, it was discovered that proactive personality has a positive effect on job performance, with organizational citizenship actions acting as a mediating factor. In addition, it has been found that proactive personality has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and in this relationship employee voice behavior has a mediating role.
