dc.description.abstractMükemmel biyoaktivite ve biyouyumluluğa sahip biyoseramikler, diş hekimliği pratiğinde sıklıkla kullanılan materyallerdir. Biyoseramikler; antibakteriyel ve antifungal etkinliğe sahip olmaları, diş yapısı ile kimyasal bağ oluşturarak hermetik bir kapama sağlamaları ve kimyasal olarak stabil olma gibi üstün özellikleri nedeniyle diş pulpasının korunması ve nekroze dişlerin rejeneratif tedavisinde sıklıkla tercih edilen materyallerdir. Modern stratejiler ile biyoseramiklerin temel bileşiminde ortaya çıkan gelişmeler çeşitli biyoseramik preparatların piyasaya sunulmasını sağlamıştır. Bu derleme, farklı biyoseramik materyallerin özelliklerini ve vital pulpa tedavilerinde gösterdikleri klinik ve radyografi başarı oranlarını sunmaktadır. Literatür taraması ile elde edilen sonuçlar, vital pulpa tedavilerinde biyoseramiklerin kullanımını önermektedir.
dc.description.abstractBioceramics with excellent bioactivity and biocompatibility are materials frequently used in dental practice. Due to their superior properties such as possessing antibacterial and antifungal activity, forming a hermetic seal by creating a chemical bond with the tooth structure, and being chemically stable, bioceramics are often preferred in the protection of dental pulp and regenerative treatment of necrotized tooth. Developments in the basic composition of bioceramics through modern strategies have led to the introduction of various bioceramic preparations into the market. This review presents the properties of different bioceramic materials and their clinical and radiographic success rates in vital pulp therapies. The results obtained through a literature review suggest the use of bioceramics in vital pulp treatments.
