dc.description.abstractIn this study, it is aimed to bibliometrically analyze a total of 5,000 articles, papers, books, book chapters and similar types published in the Web of Science (WOS) database between 1980-2019 in the field of international trade, and to reveal the trends and trends in the field from past to present. As a result of this study, which covers a period of approximately 40 years, it has been determined that the number of studies increased linearly in 5-year periods, but the rate of publication after 2015 was 34.7%; the USA is the country with the highest number of publications in the field and the USA stands out in country collaborations. In addition, after 2014, China followed the USA with the broadcast explosion, although there was a clear difference; the journal with the most publications and references in the field is the Journal of International Economics, the researcher with the most publications is Peter H. Edger. the most cited researcher was Marc J. Melitz.
dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada uluslararası ticaret alanında 1980-2019 yılları arasında Web of Science (WOS) veri tabanında yayınlanan makale, bildiri, kitap, kitap bölümü ve benzer türde, toplamda 5.000 çalışmanın bibliyometrik açıdan incelenmesi, geçmişten günümüze alandaki trendler ve eğilimlerin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Yaklaşık 40 yıllık bir süreci kapsayan bu çalışma sonucunda, 5 er yıllık dönemlerde çalışma sayısının doğrusal şekilde artığı ancak 2015 sonrası yayın oranın %34,7 olduğu, yayınların %96 oranın İngilizce yazıldığı; alanda en çok yayın yapan ülkenin ABD olduğu ve yine ülke işbirliklerinde ABD’nin öne çıktığı; 2014 sonrasında ABD’yi açık ara fark olsa da yayın patlaması ile Çin’in takip ettiği; alanda en çok yayın yapan ve atıf alan derginin Journal of International Economics olduğu ve en çok yayını olan araştırmacının ise Peter H. Edger , en çok atıf alan araştırmacının ise Marc J. Melitz olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
