Öğe Examination of the Attitudes of Individuals Playing Folk Dances Towards Folk Dances(Hasan ŞAHAN, 2024) Buyrukoğlu, Erhan; Karademir, Mehmet Bilgin; Yetkin, MuratThe purpose of this study is to investigate the attitudes of individuals who perform folk dances towards folk dances. 193 people who actively studied and performed folk dances at Alanya Aladdin Keykubat University participated voluntarily in our study. Tekkurşun Demir, Ozbek, and Gündüz (2022) established the validity and reliability of the Attitude Scale Towards Folk Dances (ASTFD), which was used in our study. In accordance with the 95% confidence interval, statistical frequency analysis, reliability coefficient calculations, the Mann Witney U test, and the Kruskal Wallis H test were conducted using the SPSS 25 package program. In the age variable of our research, the average age is close to each other, in the gender variable, women are more than men, graduate students are negative compared to undergraduate students, in the monthly income levels variable, individuals above the minimum wage are positive compared to individuals below the minimum wage, in the folk dance experience variable, individuals who receive 1-2 years of education and actively play folk dance are positive compared to individuals who are 3-4 years and 5 years and above. As a result, it was observed that According to the results of the Man Witney U Test conducted between the ages of the individuals and their Attitudes towards Folk Dances, there was a statistically significant difference in the scale total score and three sub-dimensions (pÖğe Investigation of Employee Happiness and Job Satisfaction of Folk Dancers Dancing in Turkish Nights in Terms of Various Variables(Akan BAYRAKDAR, 2025) Karademir, Mehmet Bilgin; Yetkin, MuratThe primary aim of this research is to examine the effects of the dimensions of the employees happiness on the job satisfaction of folk dancers participating in Turkish night performances displayed in accommodation facilities. The secondary aim is to reveal the differences caused by various demographic variables on the employees happiness on the job satisfaction constructs. The research was conducted within the boundaries of Antalya province. The study's method for gathering data was a questionnaire.. An electronic questionnaire prepared on the Google Forms platform was sent to the organisation companies and 196 folk dancers have participated into the survey on voluntary basis. Analyses were conducted using version 4.1.2 of the Smart-PLS program and SPSS 22. The results indicate that the dimensions of employee happiness have a very low explanation rate on job satisfaction. These consumers have begun to take into account the effects of certain products and services on the natural environment and society and they give priority to social responsibility in the world and society. A detailed investigation of the demographic characteristics of green consumers is important for a better understanding of green buying behavior. The aim of this research is to determine whether a given country's economic development level is a factor that makes a difference to the awareness of the attitudes of green consumption. A survey was conducted on tourists staying in green star hotels in Alanya. The level of economic development of countries was used as the main point of separation. The findings showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the economic development level of countries and green consumption attitudes. Our study showed that participants from developed countries have a higher green consumption attitude. In addition, it revealed that female tourists have a greener consumption attitude than male tourists.
