    DUVARSIZ EĞİTİMİN SANAT EĞİTİMİNDE UYGULANABİLİRLİĞİ

    Sanat eğitimi öğrencinin kendisini yaratıcı bağlamda ifade etmesine olanak tanıyan ve yeni şeyler yapabilme yeterlilikleri olan insanları yetiştiren bir eğitim türüdür. Öğrenciler yaparak ve yaşayarak öğrenme sayesinde bilgiyi edinir ve yeni durumlara transfer edebilir. Sanat eğitimi öğrencilere iki temel alan olan Müzik Dersi ve Görsel Sanatlar Dersi kapsamında verilmektedir. Bu araştırmada ders sınıfın dışında, doğal ortamlarda gerçekleştirilen AHE (Açık Havada Eğitim) yaklaşımıyla işlenen rastlantısal deneyimler sürecini kapsamaktadır. Bu araştırma 2022-2023 öğretim yılı bahar döneminde Alanya’da bir devlet ilköğretim okulunda 3. sınıf öğrenimi gören 8’i odak olmak üzere 23 öğrenci ile yürütülmüştür. Karma araştırma deseni kullanılan çalışmanın nicel kısmında AHE ile dersler işlenmeden önce “Müzik Dersine İlişkin Tutum Ölçeği” ve “Görsel Sanatlar Dersine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği” öğrencilere uygulanmış. Ardından 6 hafta boyunca planlanan AHE dersleri işlenmiştir. İstatistiksel olarak deneysel işlem analiz edilmiştir. Çıkan sonuçlar AHE ile ders işlemenin çocukların müzik ve görsel sanat dersine karşı geliştirdikleri tutumu olumlu yönde etkilediği sonucuna varılmıştır. Araştırmanın nitel kısmını oluşturan doküman, gözlem ve görüşme yoluyla toplanmış olan veriler ise içerik analizi sonucunda alan yazın ile de ilişkilendirilerek yorumlanmış ve sonuç olarak AHE’nin müzik ve görsel sanatlar dersinde uygulamasının olumlu olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

    Examination of Asik Davut Sulari Turkish Folk Songs in the Context of Values Education

    This research aims to determine the value themes in the examples of Turkish Folk Music registered in the TRT Turkish Folk Music repertoire and whose source person is Aşık Davut Sulari and to raise awareness in the context of the use of our Turkish Folk Music examples within the scope of values education given in Music, Turkish and Literature courses. The material group of the study consists of 18 Turkish folk songs registered in the TRT repertoire and whose source person is Aşık Davut Sulari. These folk songs, which constitute the central theme of the study, were determined through a literature review. The study has a qualitative structure, and content analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used to determine the value themes in folk songs. As a result, 19 different value themes were investigated in the folk songs whose content analysis was made. As a result of the content analysis, the value that was found to be processed the most (in 17 songs) was the “love” value, and the values that were found to be processed the least (1 song each) were “mercy”, “compassion”, “modesty”, “forgiveness” and “austerity”. The folk song in which the most value was determined in the lyrics (7 values) was determined as “Vardım Kırklar Kapısına” and the folk songs with the least value (2 values) were determined as “Bir Yiğit Gurbete Düşse”, “Durnam Gelir Bizim Elden”, “Ey Hamamcı Bu Hamamı”, “Şepke’nin Kavakları”, “Yaban Gülü müsün Sarp Kayalarda” and “Yaz Ayları Geldi Geçti”. Another finding obtained as a result of the content analysis is that the values of “respect,” “sobriety” and “generosity” are not used in any folk songs.

    Living in Silence: A Learning Guide for a Deaf and Autistic Student

    In this study, the impact of employing sensory integration techniques on the use of hearing aids, attentional capacity, and conceptual instruction for a second-grade student diagnosed with hearing impairment and autism was examined. The child's progress was evaluated after 12 weeks of intervention, which consisted of three class sessions per week. The implemented educational program was designed to foster the development of the child's anticipated skills by engaging multiple sensory modalities concurrently. A single-subject experimental design was utilized for the investigation. It was observed that the student who initially used the hearing aid for 30 seconds to one minute before the study progressively increased the duration of its use each week. By the conclusion of the study, the student was able to complete lessons without removing the hearing aid. Significant improvements were noted in conceptual teaching, particularly regarding color identification and the distinction between large and small concepts. Additionally, the student demonstrated markedly enhanced performance in attentional activities. These findings suggest that sensory integration-based education can effectively support the developmental needs of children with hearing impairments and autism.

    ORTAOKUL MÜZİK DERSİ ÖĞRETİM PROGRAMI HEDEFLERİNE ULAŞMADA MELODİKA ÇALGISININ YETERLİLİĞİ

    Yapılan bu çalışmada, Türkiye Yeterlilikler Çerçevesinde yer alan “Kültürel farkındalık ve ifade” yetkinliği içerisindeki müzik öğrenim alanına ait hedef kazanımların gerçekleştirilmesinde “Melodika” çalgısının öğretim programına uygunluğu ve yeterliğinin belirlenmesi amacı benimsenmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, sınıf çalgısı olarak melodikanın kullanımı sonucunda öğretim programı kazanımlarının ne derecede gerçekleştirildiği ve melodika çalgısının bu öğretim sürecindeki yeterlik durumunun ne olduğu soruları bu araştırmanın problem durumunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çalışmada, var olan bir durumu olduğu şekliyle betimlenmesi amaçlandığından tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Melodika çalgısının müzik dersi hedeflerinin gerçekleştirilmesindeki yeterliğinin incelendiği bu araştırmada, tarama modeli içerisinde katılımcıların görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 15 sorudan oluşan bir anket kullanılmış ve veriler elde edilmiştir. Oluşturulan ankette katılımcıların belirtilen maddeleri en az 1 en çok 5 olmak üzere katılmıyorum ifadesinden katılıyorum ifadesine doğru derecelendirmelerden birisini işaretleri istenilmiştir. Yapılan ankete 80 müzik öğretmeni katılmıştır. Genel olarak elde edilen veriler incelendiğinde, melodika çalgısının müzik öğretmenleritarafından sınıf çalgısı olarak kullanıldığı ve bu doğrultuda sınıf çalgısı olarak da melodikanın kullanımının uygun olduğu yargısından hareketle müzik dersi öğretim programının gerçekleştirilmesi konusunda melodika çalgısının %66,6 düzeyinde yeterli bir çalgı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

    Research Trends of Studies in Music Education Between 2012-2023 / 2012-2023 Yılları Arasında Müzik Eğitiminde Yapılmış Çalışmaların Araştırma Eğilimleri

    When it comes to the developments and changes in the current education system, it is known that the studies mostly have the most share in the process. It can be said that scientific studies that support innovative approaches and correct teaching techniques within the music education system have a place as a guide in the education process. In this direction, this research was carried out because it was thought that the studies in the field of music education should be put forward in a systematic way. In the research, it was aimed to reveal the trend of the studies in the field of music education on various variables. For this purpose, bibliometric analysis method was used in the study. The data used in the research were obtained using the Web of Science (WOS) database. In the study, the obtained data were filtered according to various variables and 3080 scientific studies were reached. In the research, the distribution of scientific studies by years, the productivity of countries, the level of cooperation of authors with authors from other countries, the effect values of the journals published, the effect values of the field authors, the thematic analyzes of the studies and the frequency of the keywords used in the studies were revealed. As a result, it was concluded that in the field of music education, the highest number of studies was reached in 2017, the United States was the most productive country, and the most collaboration was in the studies conducted in Finland compared to the studies conducted. It has been determined that the most published journal is the "International Journal of Music Education", and the most effective journal at the citation level is the "Journal of Research in Music Education". It was observed that the authors named Hallam and Creech had the most impact value. It has been concluded that the most used words and titles in recent years are "talent", "performance" and "musical development" in the titles of "music teacher", "music education" and "informal music education". Based on these findings, it can be said that it is a study that can understand the current situation in the field of music education and guide future research. Since this bibliometric analysis study in the field of music education aims to create a basis that will contribute to the development of the field, it is thought to be an important resource for researchers and decision makers in the field of music education.
