İlişkisel tarama modelinin benimsendiği araştırmanın örneklemini yaşları 18 ile 57 arasında değişen ( =28,47±8,38) 40’ ı (%34,5) kadın, 76’sı (%65,5) erkek, toplam 116 hakem oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veriler “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Melbourne Karar Verme Ölçeği I-II” ve “Bilişsel Esneklik Ölçeği” kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Verilerin istatistiksel analizlerinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, Pearson korelasyon ve Regresyon tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bulgular incelendiğinde hakemlerin bilişsel esneklik düzeyleri ile karar vermede öz saygı ve dikkatli karar verme arasında pozitif yönde orta düzeyde (pIn this study, it was aimed to reveal the role of cognitive flexibility in the decision-making process of hockey referees. A total of 116 referees, 40 (34.5%) women and 76 (65.5%) men, aged between 18 and 57 ( =28.47±8.38), 40 of whom (34.5%) were female and 76 of whom (65.5%) were male, constituted the sample of the study in which relational screening model was adopted. The data were obtained by using "Personal Information Form", "Melbourne Decision Making Scale I-II" and "Cognitive Flexibility Scale". Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and regression techniques were used in the statistical analysis of the data.
