The secondary aim is to reveal the differences caused by various demographic variables on the employees happiness on the job satisfaction constructs. The research was conducted within the boundaries of Antalya province. The study's method for gathering data was a questionnaire.. An electronic questionnaire prepared on the Google Forms platform was sent to the organisation companies and 196 folk dancers have participated into the survey on voluntary basis. Analyses were conducted using version 4.1.2 of the Smart-PLS program and SPSS 22. The results indicate that the dimensions of employee happiness have a very low explanation rate on job satisfaction.
