The effects of labour rights on organizational trust: Case of Kuşadası hotels
Abstract
Considering the fact that the existence of limited studies in literature, this study stress on the effects of labour rights on organizational trust within the context of hotel enterprises operating in Kuşadası. In line with this purpose, a survey conducted by a questionnaire on 400 hotel employees working at 5- star hotels. To analyse collected data some descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) and regression analyses were performed. Results indicate that participants of the study have necessary labour rights and they trust their organization. Further, labour rights given to employees significantly affect the organizational trust of employees. However, three sub-dimensions of labour rights contribute to this effect significantly, except leave, compensation etc. rights.
