Antalya'nın sağlık turizmindeki yeri ve swot analizi ile değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Dünya'da gelişen teknolojinin ve değişen yaşam koşullarının etkisiyle, insanlar yeni pazar alanları arayışına girmişlerdir. Bu arayışlar sonucunda ortaya çıkan "sağlık turizmi" dünyada önemli bir konuma gelmiştir. Araştırmalar sonucunda turistik gezilere göre, ülkeye 10 kat daha fazla döviz bırakan sağlık turizmi alanı Türkiye'de de son yıllarda ön plana çıkmaya başlamıştır. Sağlık turizmi ile birlikte turistin sağlığı süreçlerinin de kurallar çerçevesinde yönetilmesi gerekir. Covid-19 süreci ülkemizi de sağlık turizmi alanında diğer ülkelerde olduğu gibi etkilemiştir. Covid-19, 2020 yılının mart ayında Türkiye'de bir kişide görülmüş, bundan sonra da hayat; eğitim, sosyal faaliyetler, çalışma hayatı ve diğer tüm alanlarda durma noktasına gelmiştir. Sınırların kapatılması ile de birçok ülkede turizm faaliyeti durmuş, bu durumdan turizmin alt kolu olan sağlık turizmi de tüm alt dalları ile birlikte etkilenmiştir. Türkiye'nin sağlık turizmi dalında önde gelen şehirleri arasında olan Antalya da, Covid-19 virüsünden en çok etkilenen şehirler arasındadır. Son yıllara bakıldığında sağlık turistinin en az geldiği yıl 2020 olmuştur. Antalya'nın 2020 yılında ağırladığı sağlık turisti sayıları Sağlık Bakanlığı verileri ile incelenmiş, SWOT analizi ile şehrin genel durumu; güçlü ve zayıf yönleri ile birlikte tehditler ve fırsatlar kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir.

With the effect of developing technology and changing living conditions in the world, people have started to search for new market areas. The "health tourism" that emerged as a result of these searches has become an important position in the world. As a result of the researches the field of health tourism, which leaves 10 times more foreign currency to the country compared to touristic trips, has started to come to the fore in Turkey in recent years. Along with health tourism, tourist's health processes should be managed within the framework of the rules. The covid-19 virus has affected our country as well as other countries in the field of health tourism. Covid-19 was seen in one person in Turkey in March 2020, after that life; education, social activities, working life and all other areas have come to a standstill. With the closure of borders, tourism activities in many countries stopped, and health tourism, which is a sub-branch of tourism, was also affected together with all its sub-branches. Antalya, which is among the leading cities in Turkey's health tourism branch, is among the cities most affected by the covid-19 process. Looking at the last years, the year that tourists visited the city the least was 2020.
